Training Programs

Nexient invests in employee career growth, and provides training programs tailored for junior employees to senior leaders. These include both technical and professional soft-skills.

  • Communication Training: This training focuses on interpersonal communication as well as communication with peers, team members, subordinates and clients. Helps individuals understand and identify the best mode of communication in different situations.
  • Technical Bootcamp: (Junior developers/testers): 6-8 weeks hands on training in Java, Front-End, PHP, .Net and QA provided to the new hires by Senior Managers/ Directors who are experts in the above programming languages.
  • Leadership Training: This training focuses primary on helping Managers, Directors and Senior Directors identify their personal leadership style and develop a strategy for leading that compliments the Nexient brand.
