Communication Training: This training focuses on interpersonal communication as well as communication with peers, team members, subordinates and clients. Helps individuals understand and identify the best mode of communication in different situations.
Technical Bootcamp: (Junior developers/testers): 6-8 weeks hands on training in Java, Front-End, PHP, .Net and QA provided to the new hires by Senior Managers/ Directors who are experts in the above programming languages.
Leadership Training: This training focuses primary on helping Managers, Directors and Senior Directors identify their personal leadership style and develop a strategy for leading that compliments the Nexient brand.
