Client needed a new technology to increase the work force accountability and management.
Nexient developed a web application which allows supervisors to assign patrol work on the segment of overhead conductor, and tracks the amount of work completed to re-energize a portion of a circuit. Functionality also ensures the workload is distributed across work force to reduce the turnaround time for re-energizing process, and makes sure any major repair work is tracked and completed before the circuit is ready to be re-energized.

from adverse events which occur 4-5 times per year.
This utility app is projected to reduce the turnaround time to reenergize the circuit by at least 4x, and eliminate the dependency on paper process to track the work completed for reenergization process. Additionally, PSPS reduces the legal liability from adverse events (such as wildfire event) which occur at least 4-5 events per year, and allows field inspectors to report ~300 hazards during a large PSPS event and ~20 hazards during a small PSPS event.
