Streamline the scheduling of appointments for the safety infrastructure protection teams (SIPT).
Nexient product teams (including UX Designers and Engineers) performed a discovery period which guided the way for the creation of a refined user experience for a new website. The website allows WSOC (wildfire safety operations center) or other supervisory bodies to both track and assign SIPT crews with the location of work needed. This new application offers end-to-end automation allowing crew members to create scheduling requests with digitized calendar availability while allowing them to also track their time on-site. All with real-time status visibility via a dashboard.
