While Georgia has always been home and Jennifer is a Southern girl at heart, she took a brief detour to Southern California in her 20s…because, why not?!?!?
Jennifer brings 19 years’ experience to Nexient and her clients. She is a Business Strategist and Growth Leader thriving in the art of the possible. She enjoys solving hard problems, building comprehensive solutions spanning strategy development, customer-centric design/modernization, process improvement, risk mitigation, and then comprehensively articulating value through compelling executive communications.
Previously, Jennifer has held an executive role at North Highland Consulting, leading large account teams at both The Home Depot and Equifax, in additional to building a cyber-security practice. Jennifer also served at the Vice President of Digital Engagement & Experience at Aflac, where she led creating a digital-first customer experience strategy. At Nexient, Jennifer is responsible for revenue growth, quality, people development, and expansion at major accounts across the country.
Outside of work, Jennifer is a lover of fitness and family. She can most often be found teaching bootcamp, hiking, waterskiing, or paddle boarding. She also spends a lot of time playing in the backyard with her two young daughters and the family Christmas puppy, attending dance recitals, or cheering at horseback riding shows near and far in support of her girls. As a creative outlet, Jennifer is the founder of Trixie & Co., a home and style blog. Jennifer also volunteers her time with local nonprofits helping battered women to find freedom.
