It’s a three-peat!
Nexient only 100% US tech company named to Global Outsourcing 100
For the third year in a row, Nexient has been recognized as one of the World’s Top 100 Outsourcing firms by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals®. Nexient is the only 100% US technology firm on the list.
Judging for the 2018 Global Outsourcing 100® is based on a rigorous scoring methodology that includes an independent review by a panel of client executives with extensive experience in selecting outsourcing service providers and advisors. Judges assess factors such as customer value and innovation, as well as growth and corporate social responsibility.
“This achievement would not be possible without the tremendous trust our clients have placed in us to help them drive innovation in their organizations,” said Mark Orttung, CEO of Nexient. “They are our partners in the Product Mindset: a new approach to accelerating competitive advantage through highly collaborative agile teams, customer-centric design and a platform technology approach.”
“This award belongs to them and everyone at Nexient who is supporting them to create this change,” Orttung said.
In the last six months, Nexient has
- Helped clients such as Williams-Sonoma and Bill.com speed to market with enhanced software products and digital platforms;
- Hired 70 software and product development professionals (“technology athletes”), primarily in Nexient’s principal delivery center in Ann Arbor, Michigan;
- Opened a new Silicon Valley headquarters office with US Congressman Ro Khanna (CA-17) calling Nexient’s domestic sourcing model a powerful vehicle for job creation in the heartland;
- Gained national visibility in publications like VentureBeat, The New York Times and Gartner’s Market Guide for Agile and DevOps Services.
“Now, more than ever, outsourcing end users need to be able to easily identify and select the right company for their outsourcing needs,” said Debi Hamill, IAOP CEO. “It is great recognition being named to The Global Outsourcing 100. Given the strong global competition, Nexient can feel proud of achieving excellence in the field.”
