Nexient provides software development consulting services to business customers and so the personal information we collect typically relates to our customers’ employees, contractors, officers, and/or owners. We may also collect personal information when you visit our Site and/or if you submit information to us through the “Contact Us” section of the Site. This Privacy Policy describes the personal information that we may collect from visitors to our Site and users of our Service. ·      Advisors and Financial Institutions. We may share personal information with our advisors and financial institutions. This includes auditors, notaries, business continuity support service providers, and legal, tax and risk and compliance advisors.

11. Notice to Job Applicants

This section addresses the categories of information that we collect about job applicants. When you apply for a job at Nexient, we may ask you to provide us with personal information about yourself so we can evaluate your application. You may also provide us with personal information that we have not specifically requested (for example, your resumé may contain information about hobbies or interests that we did not specifically request).

In addition to the information that we may collect from your visit to our Site (as described in the section Information We Collect above),we may also collect the following categories of information:

We may collect this information directly from you (such as if you submit a job application or resumé to us) or through third parties (for example, we may conduct background screenings through third-party service providers, as allowed by applicable law).
