Nexient provides software development consulting services to business customers and so the personal information we collect typically relates to our customers’ employees, contractors, officers, and/or owners. This Privacy Policy describes the personal information that we may collect from visitors to our Site and users of our Service. ·      Service Providers. Nexient sometimes hires other companies to perform certain business-related functions. Examples of such functions include hosting providers, IT outsourcing providers, web analytics providers, and marketing providers. We provide these parties with the information that they need to perform their specific function.

·      Advertising networks, including GoogleAdSense, to provide you with relevant marketing.

·      Advisors and Financial Institutions. We may share personal information with our advisors and financial institutions. This includes auditors, notaries, business continuity support service providers, and legal, tax and risk and compliance advisors.

Please note that before we will be able to process your request for access or deletion of personal information, we will need to properly verify your identity for security purposes. If we possess appropriate information about you on file (e.g., name, email), we will attempt to verify your identity using that information. If it is not reasonably possible to identify you, we may not be able to respond to your request.

To use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, we may need the authorized agent to provide proof that you gave the authorized agent signed permission to submit the request on your behalf. We may also require you to verify your identity directly with us.

This section addresses the categories of information that we collect about job applicants. When you apply for a job at Nexient, we may ask you to provide us with personal information about yourself so we can evaluate your application. You may also provide us with personal information that we have not specifically requested (for example, your resumé may contain information about hobbies or interests that we did not specifically request).

In addition to the information that we may collect from your visit to our Site (as described in the section Information We Collect above),we may also collect the following categories of information:

We may collect this information directly from you (such as if you submit a job application or resumé to us) or through third parties (for example, we may conduct background screenings through third-party service providers, as allowed by applicable law).

·      Recruiting, selecting, evaluating, and hiring job candidates, and verifying the information in your job application or resumé;

·      Administering and managing benefits, payroll, and other human resources-related activities (if you become a Nexient employee);
